岗位职责:

Role Summary:
This position will support strategic initiatives for commodity management across Aisa and manage the battery & subcontract commodity for Asia Pacific region. Areas of responsibilities include, but not limited to, requirements gathering, RFx, supplier selection, negotiations, contracting, portfolio analysis, planning, consolidation, category strategies, supplier management and performance scorecards.

Responsibilities：
1. Develop, implement the Commodity strategy for all types of industrial, UPS & Telecom battery for Asia region. Monitoring and conducting whole process of negotiation, sourcing, supplier developing, partner-ship management to ensure competition in cost, quality, service & technology for company product & service.
2. Develop, Implement the Commodity strategy for subcontract including Electrical & Mechanical installation subcontract, Raise floor & Fire suppression installation subcontract and others installation and maintenance service for Telecom mobile site, Data center & Industrial facility in Asia region. Develop preferred subcontractor for all countries and categories, Working with local technical and product & solution team to optimize the
Installation solution and cost of project in both of pre-sale and post-sale stage.
3. Plan and conduct eRFX and e-Auction for regional battery spends. Work with local procurement to conduct eRFX and e-Auction for subcontract project.
4. Monitor , analysis and report market metal price trend, Define strategy and plan to mitigate unfavorable cost impact for battery.
5. Develop and managing regional standard price book of subcontract, continually improve and optimize subcontract management process including subcontract selection, qualification & performance management.



Basic Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or electronics.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience of Commodity management for M&E subcontract and Battery in Telecom, UPS, Data center industrial.
3. Good command of English for both oral and written as a working language
4. Skilled in analysis and data management
5. Proven ability to execute and deliver on commitments with strong business acumen
6. Ability to navigate through a large complex business and solve problems
7. Professional style when dealing with business partners & controllership mindset
8. Strong negotiation skills, presentation skills, interpersonal skills and leadership skills
9. Visionary leader with can-do spirit and persistence mentality, self-disciplined and motivated

Preferred Qualifications:
1. Master’s in supply chain management or CPSM certified
2. 3 years above working experience of procurement, sourcing in oversea country.
