Basic Function and Scope:

1. Oversee the overall development of- and further develop all HR functions, Operations functions and Admin functions by providing advise, instructions and support to all business units in China.
2. Set strategies and policies in staff management to ensure smooth functioning of all Operations related matters.
3. Contribute to the achievement of overall  company goals, by creating a proactive, efficient and effective  work environment and team , and support a trusted relationship with all Business units in China.

Sole Responsibilities：

1. Manage a strong team and maintain a pro-active, accurate and efficient attitude/working ethic among subordinates in the HR, Operations and admin team. 
   
2. Review internal policies, work-flow, structures and adjust for a more efficient and effective working environment
   
3. Maintain a healthy, efficient and effective line of communication between departments 
   
4. Get involved with all departments' responsibilities, tasks and workflow and support with improvement where needed.
