职位描述
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible from overall Supplier Quality. Ensure suppliers meet requested quality standards.
- Conduct factory audit to potential suppliers. Make grading according to company standard.
- Annually redo factory audits to active suppliers. Update supplier gradings.
- Attend mass productions. Observe process, detect CTQ and drive suppliers for improvement.
- Collect suppliers’ internal quality data. Analyze all process and prepare report.
- Prepare supplier development plans based on process analysis. Negotiate with suppliers for improvement.
- Arrange inspection by 3rd party companies. Attend inspections occasionally, make sure inspections run smoothly.
Qualification:
- Prior experience of supplier quality management in home appliance industry.
- Product knowledge in any of air conditioner, refrigerator, microwave oven, vacuum cleaner, kitchen appliance, personal care products will be asset.
- University degree in engineering or technical background with higher experience
- Knowledge and experience of quality tools such as 6 Sigma, FMEA, 8D, STC etc.
- Proficient in English
- Good skills in MS Office applications
- No travel restriction. The role requires travel 80% of time.
