Key Accountabilities

? Steer IT strategy to ensure the IT functions and capability is aligning with business strategy.

? Liaise with other departments as a technical advisor to improve business and operation efficiency 

? Manage 3rd party IT vendor/business partner with new integration and change request.

? Liaise with stakeholders of global/regional systems on design of development plan.

? Oversee the local IT systems, services and in-house applications and software to ensure daily business operation.

? Oversee the production incidents, as the escalation point from country and approver of emergency E4 ticket.

? Design, development and implementation of new applications and changes to existing IT systems and software. 

? Develop and manage IT back-up and disaster recovery procedures and plans.

? Provide solutions to external e-commerce website and internal systems and assist with product development requests for new features.

? Ensure the enforcement of regional and global IT policies, procedures and internal controls so as to ensure IT practices are in compliance to quality standards, local laws, regulations and DPDHL governance.

? Prepare IT annual budgets and administration expense for in-house development.

? Establish and management internal project management processes and documentations.

? Champion the change control broad by providing leadership, guidance and full ownership to evaluate, review, prioritize change request and manage the sign-off process.

? Establish clear and concise project structure and resource project team for each approved project.

? Determine long-term systems needs and any software and hardware acquisitions needed to accomplish the organization business objectives.

? Continuous review, improve and direct the CR necessary to keep the technology able to meet internal and external business needs.

Requirements

? Qualified to degree/master level or equivalent in IS/Computer Science with at least 6 years relevant experience in logistic field

? Possess strong leadership and operational skills with an analytical and innovative mind

? Self-starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills 

? Strong experience in all aspects of software development, including design, build, deploy, migration/co-location and operations.

? Professional experience on managing enterprise class systems

? Hands on experience in architecture design and application development.

? Strong in Oracle Database, VBA, Powershell, MySQL, Java, C#, Linux, RESTful API and Business Intelligence Applications.

? Able to work on own initiative and under pressure.

? Holding certifications such as ITIL and PMP certification has advantages.
