工作职责:

1-协助质量总监构建部门管理体系，规划部门发展策略，建立研发质量控制流程，并监督实施过程；

2-定期优化质量标准，梳理产品线基线要求；充分识别产品在研发阶段的质量风险，并提出控制方案和跟进验证；

3-负责部门团队建设，胜任力评价，识别、牵引部门人员能力提升；

4-负责全面质量管理，包括手机研发质量、物料质量、制造质量及客诉投诉等。

任职资格:

1-大专及以上学历，8年以上质量管理经验，至少5年手机行业研发、制造质量管理经验。

2-熟悉品牌手机整机研发过程质量管理与控制，熟悉手机质量标准。

3-熟悉品质工具，能使用品质工具、数据统计进行问题分析。

4-具备领导能力和沟通协调能力，分析问题逻辑思维清晰，团队合作意识好，做事坚韧，推动力、执行力、责任心强。
