Main Objective:
To support BD Director enhance the communication with department stores and support brands to leverage group resources during the negotiation.

Main Responsibility:
Study and analyze the market consumption and support BD Director to provide advice to brand for location of new store opening, which is in line with brand expansion strategy.
Support Commercial GM in the communication and negotiation with department store landlords, and relevant government departments, and prepare the leading contract.
Support all matters related to acquisition and the setting up of a new store.
Participate in the planning of the master layout plan for new stores.
Managing all the lease contract renewal and termination process ensure legal compliance.
Work as a key contactor to the department stores, maintain external relationship and communication.

Profiles We are looking for:
Bachelor’s degree or above
Proven 10 years working experience in MNC and at least 5 years’ experience in real estates, retail background will be a plus
Good business sense and understanding to the industry
Good communication in English and Chinese
Hands-on and ability to learn in the fly
Willing to travel frequently
