任职资格：

1、 从事五金行业生产主管以上经验五年以上。

2、 熟悉五金机械（钻、铣、锣、车、冲/床）设备加工操作、管理、保养维护。

3、 有五金生产型企业车间管理工作经验3年以上，为人正直、务实，担当，责 任性强。

4、 具备较强的领导、组织、沟通、协调、培训等管理能力。

5、 熟悉5S管理、绩效管理、精益持续改善、ISO体系管理、安全生产管理知识。
