Position Information/Justification:

MRSI Systems (a part of Mycronic Group)is a leading manufacturer of fully automated, ultra-precision die bonding and epoxy dispensing systems. We enable customers to optimize the performance of their process including yield,throughput and uptime by building systems that use our unique expertise. MRSI have been recognized as the standard of the industry, delivering the solutions to leading optoelectronic and microelectronic customers worldwide. Since there are more fully automation high accuracy assembling solutions requirements from the existing and new industry customers, MRSI planning to provide more and better solutions to support the industry growing. A new key position for technical market development is set up in China. This is a key position for MRSI business growing globally.


We expect this position have both technical and market knowledges for helping grow businesses by finding new opportunities, researching leads, establishing relationships with potential customers and arranging appointments or sales executives, to help customer succeed by understanding their assembling processes concerns and suggesting appropriate solutions. This position could involve spending a lot of time with customers on site and understanding their expectation, and in turn suggesting the process and equipment with possible solutions.


Since a key component of this job is new market development, he/she must have thorough knowledge of the company's competitors and the marketplace. He/she will work closely with the sales and application engineering o identify potential new clients, craft proposals, and review contracts. This position is fit for someone who real enjoys new business and new things, is highly motivated, and is a problem solver may enjoy this type of work.


This position need to have abilities to pull in all of the internal and external resources to develop and implement growth new opportunities.

Final position title depends on experiences.

 

Key Responsibilities:

·  Research prospective accounts in targeted markets, pursue leads and follow through to a successful  agreement. More focus on new products and new assembling solutions in the existing and new market for business growing.

·  Understand the target markets, including industry, company, project, company contacts and which market strategies can be used to attract customers.

·  Collaborate with application engineering, product engineering, design engineering and sales teams to ensure the requirements are met.

·  Maintain relationships with current customers and identify new prospects in the existing and new industrial areas, more focus on the new.

·  Have a strong understanding of company products, competition in the market and positioning. Follow the latest industry developments and stay up-to-date on corporate competitors.

·  Works together with sales to interface with the customers(mostly the new customers)to convert the customer process requirements to formal document or RFQ on the new marketing development.

·  Coordinate internal and external resources as a program management roles to drive the new tooling,  new equipment or new solutions delivery to customer efficiently.

·  Works close with application engineering team on new application proposal and design works delivery and also expected to hands on some limit engineering design works.

 

Experience and Qualifications:

·  Bachelor degree or above in Engineering related fields, the mechanical engineering degree and experiences preferred.

·  A comprehensive knowledge of optical and electrical devices assembly and its applications.   Mechanical design capabilities will be a plus.

·  Excellent organizational skills, with emphasis on priorities and goal setting program management experiences is a plus.

·  Superior presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal in both Chinese and English. Ability to communicate information, whether technical or non-technical to MRSI internal people and customers, in a clear and concise manner.

·  Ability to develop and make presentations for the customers in a professional manner, strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and statistical analysis software.

·  Have the ability to recognize opportunities and manage budgets effectively, and be able to develop  fresh ideas and strategies.

·  Technical skills required to understand and propose MRSI products or assembling solutions by focusing on customer requirements.

·  Effective people skills: He/she must have the ability to handle people no matter how difficult they might seem.

·  Ability to multi-task: He/she must be able to complete several tasks together and meet up with deadlines. 

·  Ability to work under minimal supervision and be self-motivated.
