岗位职责:

1. Works strategically at a leadership level in North Asia (Greater China, Republic of Korea and Japan) to promote digital engagement to ensure that the business areas’ technology and digital needs are realized and linked in with the overarching IT strategy.
2. Negotiates at senior level on technical and business issues. Influences the development and enhancement of services, products, and systems, and oversees the management and planning of business opportunities.
3. Accountable for surfacing and prioritization of demand for enhancements and new capabilities, in addition to ensuring that the potential business value from those capabilities are captured and recognized.
4. Defines requirements and quality targets for digital platforms and products in agreement with key stakeholders. Organizes scoping and business priority setting for tactical and strategic business changes involving key stakeholders within the region.
5. Partners with global IT Centers of Excellence in delivery of global services and projects.
6. Develops and communicates the business case for funding the digital change and confirms continuing business viability and value add of the change at regular intervals.
7. Executes and manages the implementation of IT organization-wide projects, processes and procedures, tools and techniques for the identification, assessment, and management of risk inherent in the operation of business processes and of potential risks arising from planned change.
8. Embraces the importance of the customer experience and works closely with the business teams to deliver innovative solutions. Leads the continuous evaluation of the user experience of products and services and ensure that improvements are implemented.
9. Leads team of resources focused on delivering regionally based systems.
10. Drives the organization to achieve best-in-class service capabilities, quality, and economics.
11. Proactively manages risk to safeguard the company’s reputation by fully complying with all legal and regulatory mandates.
12. Provides sound fiscal management and manages local budget.
13. Identifies opportunities for automation, cost savings, and service quality improvement.
14. Creates an environment that is recognized as the premier services organization in the industry by attracting, developing, and retaining the best talent

任职资格:

Education & Certifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field required
Master’s Degree in Information Technology or related function preferred

? 12+ years of progressive enterprise level Information Technology experience
? 8+ years of leadership experience in enterprise-wide information technology
? Leadership experience on global team, directing regional work and managing a virtual team
? Requires an exceptionally accomplished technology executive with a proven record of leading people, aligning processes and technology in the pursuit of strategic business outcomes.
? Leadership experience at a complex organization, demonstrating experience in balancing and respecting global strategy and local execution.
? Experience with technical and business product roadmaps development, project management training and management of multi-phase business transformation projects and implementations
? English and Mandarin as working language
