Duties and Responsibilities

1. Responsible for order fulfillment process and ensure the on time delivery
2. Analyze and determine material requirement and ensure the material supply can meet customer demand
3. Manage and coordinate customer demand variations as well as capacity fluctuation
4. WIP management , closely follow up on the lot movement and work with engineering/QA on the solution for any quality/problematic lots disposition.
5. Work with wafer supply sites to ensure enough wafer supply to subcon to serve weekly starts plan.
6. Close communication with Sales and BU to receive and understand customer demand, especially the rolling forecasts
7. Communicate with regional planners for order fulfillment status update, expedite urgent items with subcons to avoid customer line down
8. Subcon weekly performance review and reporting to management.
9. Participate in the measurement of subcons’ performance in terms of quality, delivery, cycle time, cost, etc…
10. Inventory control and monitoring to ensure inventory is at proper level

Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree in business field or equivalent
2. Responsibility, Initiative, Creativity & Diligence.
3. Good analytical and problem solving skills
4. Good command of Excel
5. Fluent oral &written English, able to communicate in English without difficulties.
6. >3years working experience in Production/ material planning or buyer, Semi-conductor industry background is preferred.
