1. Developing

1) For customer’s search

(a) Search suppliers on website and internal system, communicate to get the valid quotation to make product presentation;

(b) Follow up customer’s feedback of selection and work with factory to meet customer’s request;

(c) Work with quality team to send good developing samples to customer for finalization;

(d) Arrange developing and function test samples if customer select, follow customer’s question of product;

2)For new product searching to proposal

(a) Find new concept product and have sense for the product value;

(b) Work with factory to get valid quotation;

(c) Check with manager for good items’ selection to prepare proposal to customer;

(d) Same process as per above;

3)For customer’s meeting

(a) Prepare samples for meeting and make a good record of selection in meeting;

(b) Follow the samples and update quote info based on meeting request;

2. Customer Finalization following

1)To factory

(a) Go with audit manager to factory for auditing;

(b) Mention clearly customer’s quality standard and push factory to check carefully SPEC sheet standard;

(c) Negotiate lowest cost, best payment term, and good support of free spare part;

2)To Customer

(a) Go with customer for factory audit;

(b) Follow up actively for customer’s quality issue of testing samples;

3)To internal depart.

(a) Work closely with QA &QC team;

(b) Share new concept products with other business teams;

4. Experience

1) 3-5 years working experience in working with buying offices;

2) Experience in working with medium to small oversees customer to follow up order;
