1. Release daily sale report timely without mistake.
2. According to customer’s PO and product delivery order, customs declaration, issue invoices and ensure collection timely.
3. According to the company’s financial policies, complete the accounts receivable billing, AR booking& cleaning.
4. Responsible for the accounts receivable aging analysis, monitor long aging items and push salesperson to collect money.
5. Maintain customs declaration forms regularly, ensure the information on customs declaration form is aligned with ledger, to reduce the risk of foreign currency control.
6. Accounts receivable reconciliation with intercompany each month end to ensure the consistence.
7. Complete the monthly closing work and submit AR reports to department head. Provide necessary solution.
8. Customer’s credit management to company’s policy.
9. According to the National & Local accounting and taxation policies, handling monthly/quarterly tax declaration and report in time, establish good communication relationship with tax authorities at the same time.
10. Other tasks assigned by management.

Must have

1. Over 3 years working experience in accounting receivable or taxation.
2. Good command of Office software, familiar with financial and taxation theory and practice.
3. College or bachelor degree above in financial.
4. Hold junior accountant certificate.
5. Good circulation skills, good at communication with customers and internal related departments.

Preferred:

1. Foreign company working experience preferred.
2. With good interpersonal understanding, planning, organization ability, work to promote ability, good discipline.
