Your mission and responsibilities:.

• Understand requirement from product manager and derive into functional requirement specification / 理解产品需求并分解到功能说明文档
• Design hardware subsystem or components. Describe the detailed design in design specification / 设计硬件子系统或组件并撰写设计文档
• Implement reliability design and unit test in good quality / 实现可靠性设计和单元测试
• Review and inspect technique document / 评审和检查技术文档
• Perform design transfer to production / 完成设计到生产的移交
• Improve the related process and practice continually /持续流程改进
• Investigate customer complaint and write report in a timely basis / 调查客户抱怨，分析原因并撰写客户抱怨调查报告

Your qualifications and experiences:

• 1-2 years experience in power electronical component design, familiar with electrical safety standard
• Basic knowledge of embedded system design
• Fluent English in both writing and speaking
• Knowledge of design process, project handling
