With the growing business in Asia, we are looking for a Merchandiser Assistant to enhance our customer services.

The main responsibilities are as below:

1. Support Merchandiser to handle sales orders and purchase orders,
2. Follow-up order status till the payment done,
3. Prepare all the order related documents,
4. Coordinate with suppliers and forwards on the shipment arrangements,
5. Other issues that instructed by the Merchandiser

We are looking for below skills & experience as necessary criteria for the job:

1. Work in English environment: can read English document and write in English
2. Can operate Microsoft Office software: Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
3. Basic knowledge of procurement process of international trading

Below are skills & experience will make you outstanding in this job application:

1. Fluent spoken English
2. Can operate Adobe software: PDF editor, AI, …etc.
