Responsibilities:

• All-round project cost control, including budget compiling, auditing, project bidding, contract drafting (Domestic contract & FIDIC terms), site visa, completion settlement, etc.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above in project management, civil engineering, MEP installation engineering;
• At least 5 years’ related working experience with Certificate of Registered Cost Engineer;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with clear expression;
• Fluent in written and spoken Mandarin and English;
• Proficient in related office software and budget software, such as AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office, QS works, etc.

工作职责:

• 全方位工程造价控制，包括概预算编制、审核、工程招投标、合同起草（国内合约&FIDIC条款）、工程现场签证、竣工结算等。

职位要求:

• 工程管理、土木工程、机电安装工程专业本科或以上学历；
• 5年以上相关工作经验；持造价师资质；
• 语言表达清晰，良好的沟通能力、及表达能力

• 英语口语流利、英语书面表达通畅；

• 熟练使用相关办公软件、预算软件：AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office, QS works。
