Advanced Specialist NSG Upgrading Process

Tasks

He steers the whole process of NSG cars upgrading and makes sure the stable chain of upgrading feasibility

Key Responsibility

- Make forecast of target vehicles with interfaces and draw practical upgrading plan which streamline with partries

- Communicate and coordinate all technologies on upgrading possibility and implement conclusions effectively

- Learn the system functions of the vehicle's electrical system to build up capability of EE testing, simulation, encoding and programming.Conduct NSG cars (FIT, ATG, KNX also) EE upgrading and ensure the quality status. Document potential improvements and documentation as part of the requirement management procedure for product and process

- Be involved in T car production and T car meeting landscape to build up capability of parts evolution for NSG upgrading. Get knowledge on parts changes introduction and release background to identify quality risks on NSG upgrading

- Set up information platform for DOM database requirements with production systems

- Make sure all requested data archived for tracing both system wise and hardcopy

- Responsible for NSG upgrading budget control

- Create and review the specification and technical product descriptions of NSG upgrading accordingly with the aim of being able to regulate upgrading scope

Qualification

- University degree/graduated in electronic engineering with very good theoretical background or qualification acquired in a similar position

- Technical education in electrical and electronic engineering or equivalent knowledge

- Knowledge of electrical system of cars

- English spoken and written, German would be an advantage

- Proficiency with computer operation and MS office knowledge

- Open mindedness in dealing with other

- Assembly knowledge is preferred

- Background in electric and electronic, 4-6 years

- Electrical system of cars, 4-6 years

- Experience in writing software, 1-3 years

- Automotive manufacturing systems and process, 1-3 years
