1, Sales:
销售职责:
--Identify business potential and upkeeps close contact with former and potential clients through personal visits, phone calls and correspondence in view of entering into contracts with them, especially with Corporate accounts.
--Accomplish private dining room goals and budget according to corporate plan.
--Handle inquiries/site inspection and prepare quotations, and follow up proposal.
--Follow up function/event, greet VIP guests, and assist the operation team to take care of the guests.
--Ensure that the operation team meet clients requirement and that the client service offered corresponds effectively to their requests. In the event of complaints made by clients, should the need arise, to avail as mediator between the restaurant and clients & guests.
--Ensure the availability of after-sales services and, in particular, concerns with clients who have registered complaints.
--Draws up together with the management team, sales promotions and packages.
2,Marketing & Relations:

-- Draws up the Marketing Plan annually together with Regional Sales & Marketing Manager and PR company.
--Ensures that the plan is adhered to and monitors its progress.
--Develop and foster good relationship with the public, clients and members of the trade in an effort to ensure and promote a good image of the restaurant.
--Ensure all sales advertising and public relations efforts provide optimum profit returns.
--Maintains contacts with professional people, the press, media, corporate companies and with any persons who are clients or potential clients.
--Maintain regular contacts with clients and report any adverse comments to the management for rectification.
--Maintain good relationship with hotel concierge and the third party channel to get more business referral, as well as building the image and reputation of the restaurant.
3, Administration:

--Weekly and Monthly Sales & Marketing reports
--Competitors & market information update
--Check daily booking and guest preference and inform staff at pre-shift --Audit all PDR guest checks the day after and scan all guest checks for PDR --Enter Actual PDR revenues into Delphi and Excel form the day after the event --Weekly one to one talk with GRO and Reservationists. --Convene meetings with his personnel at regular intervals for information purposes. --Ensure that internal training-courses be organized in his/her services, training-programs, training sessions. --Ensure a good atmosphere and efficient co-operation in his/her department
