1, Financial;

财务职责：

-         Responsible to compile the yearly budget and follow the direction given by headquarter and regional director.

                根据总部及区域总监的指示，负责拟定年预算；

-         Seek and maximize revenue opportunities and minimize costs.

成本精简的同时争取收益***化；

-         Agree and support implementation of revenue generation initiatives.

推动实施收益增长方案；

-         Facilitate the creation of business strategies and conduct regular strategy update meetings.

设计并促进商业策略的实施，主持召开定期市场战略会议；

-         Responsible for monitoring purchasing in order to follow budget given by the organization.

根据公司设定的指标负责监督采购管理

2, Operational:

操作职责：

-         Consistently exceed guest expectations through structured programs.

通过有效管理使服务水准达到并超越客人的期待值；

-         Create, deliver and measure promotional activities, including staff incentives.

建立并实施有效的推广活动，包括员工的奖励机制；

-         Facilitate the creation of business strategies and conduct regular strategy update meetings.

促进实施商业战略、定期进行市场战略会议的讨论；

-         Ensure customer request and feedback, both verbal and written are responded to promptly and efficiently.

确保客人的建议与意见得到及时并有效的口头及书面的反馈；

-         Protect the health, safety and well being of our guests and colleagues

确保客人及员工（在餐厅）的健康和安全；

-         Be a change agent, constantly reviewing service delivery

以客人的视角，经常性的检查服务质量；

-         To have a full working knowledge of all IT, POS and database software used in all facets of the operation.

熟悉掌握日常运营所需的电脑、系统及软件的使用；

-         Adhere to any reasonable request or change to working time or area, within the parameters set out by company standards.

在公司标准内，根据运营需求更改工作时间及地点；

-         Responsible for conducting the SIP inventory audit every quarter as well as the facility audit on a monthly basis.

负责每季度SIP公司内部盘点、审计以及每月的设备审核；

3, Commercial:

商业职责：

-         Support the creation and implementation of a Restaurant sales plan, in conjunction with the Regional director and Sales and Marketing director as well as the regional sales and marketing director.

与区域市场销售总监合作，支持实施餐厅的销售方案；

-         Being an in and out of the four wall ambassador of the restaurant regarding special promotion

为餐厅的特别促销活动履行对内及外的宣传大使职责；

-         Being able to create new VIP members following the guide line given the regional director

根据区域总监给予的方针建立新贵宾会员；

4, Human Resources：

人事职责：

-         Fully adhere to PRC labor law

遵守中华人民共和国法律法规；

-         Seek counseling from the HR department in case of any doubt

任何（对人事专业问题的）疑问咨询人力资源部；

-         Responsible for hire and dismissing employee according to labor law

根据劳动法负责招聘及解雇员工事宜；

-         Making sure that new staff have follow the orientation program given by the GM

对新进职员进行入职培训；

-         Calendar of training is delivered and success monitored by AGM and AM as well as trainers

副总经理、副经理及培训员监督培训计划的实施；

-         Appraisal calendar is in place and actioned

建立员工工作表现评估制度；

-         Colleagues are clear of how they are performing and action required.

确保员工明确知晓其工作职能；

-         Key vacancies are sourced through succession planning where appropriate.

对关键空缺职位进行合理招募；

-         Employee relations are dealt with in line with company standards and legal obligations

根据公司标准以及法律规定，有效处理员工关系；

5, Relations:

工作关系：

-         Establish effective employee relations and maintain the highest level of professionalism, ethic and attitude towards all restaurant guest, clients, heads of department and employees. Attend daily/weekly operational meetings insuring all are minuted and actioned.

建立有效的员工关系，并且对餐厅客人、部门总监级员工体现***的职业水准、职业道德和工作态度。参加每日、每周的例行会议，监督确保会议议题得以实施；

-         Conduct and or oversee daily briefings

执行监督每日例会；

-         Attend key briefings and training sessions.

参加重要会议及培训；

-         Clear strategy for the business which all employees are aware of Communication with all areas is clear, consistent and transparent.

对所有员工公开透明公司战略计划；

6, Occasional Duties:

其他：

Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned by the organization.
