3，人力资源、行政管理等相关专业工作经验，精通人力资源管理各模块，熟悉人力资源管理法律法规，全面了解劳动力市场动态 及行业信息，两年以上同等岗位工作经验，及会根据岗位建立岗位普升淘汰考核机制者优先。

4、熟悉招聘、新员工岗位培训、薪酬、绩效考核等规定和流程，熟悉国家各项劳动人事法规政策；

5、完善企业劳资体系工作，对应解决人事突发事件处理工作。

6、具备较好的表达、沟通、组织、协调能力和时间管理能力；
