Office & Finance Manager

Mission

The role holder will head up the China Finance Team and be the right hand wo/*** to the Country Manager overseeing the day-to-day administrative management of the Shenzhen Office.

Activities

1. Finance related

• Month end close to ensure the financial results on an accurate, timely and complete basis

• Rolling forecast, Re-forecast and Annual Budget

• Speed up customer Billing &Collection

• Support CM to realize the budget plan by enhanced internal control and cost savings

• Cash forecast and timely fund transfer to HQ

• Compliance for tax, banking and local government requirements including China GAAP

• Local China tax reporting monthly, quarterly and yearly

• Support the implementation of automated interco transactions

1. Office Management/HR

• Develop and provide input for office/operational unit operating budget. Achieves financial objectives by managing the annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.

• Act as the main person and assist the country manager manage and resolve all local office business and people issues or concerns as necessary.

• Support the country manager and other functional/local BU heads with specific procedures where necessary.

• Any ad hoc activities as and when required.

Experience required

• Bachelor of accounting is required.

• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience as chief accountant for SME MNE.

• Experience in administrative or business operations work.

Skills required

• Positive attitude, can-do attitude under pressure, attention to detailed.

• Confident and empathetic.

• Fluent Chinese and English is a must.

• Good level of communication.

• Good organizational, time management skills.

• Qualified China CPA is a plus.
