平面助理设计师 Junior Graphic Designer （产品方向 Product Directio）

岗位职责：

1、对公司品牌宣传领域与公司产品提供视觉设计稿；
2、书籍、杂志的排版；
3、短视频的剪辑、制作与处理，拍摄产品。

4、配合公司整体平面相关的设计工作、公司官网及推广平台的对接。

负责公司日常各类平面视觉设计工作，包括公众号日常推文图片设计，活动专题页面设计，图片处理，手册，线下展会活动物料等设计工作；

5、文字功底扎实，逻辑清晰，具有创新意识，根据公司规划和项目所需，能独立完成策划方案，独立撰写方案。

任职资格：

1、 视觉传达、平面设计等相关专业，大专或以上学历，并拥有1年以上同岗位工作经验（擅长品牌形象或互动设计（Flash）者优先）；

2、 熟练使用各种平面设计软件，能独立完成平面设计，产品美工设计，包装设计，VI/CI平面设计，文本设计方案、宣传资料等制作；

3、 对文字、互联网、空间设计有一定的敏感度，对品牌推广、网络营销、商业设计有浓厚的兴趣，有较好的沟通能力与学习能力；
4、具备逻辑的市场及设计观点，能够正确把握客户需求，正确理解产品研发部的策略要求，把握设计的定位、风格；
5、具备优秀的视觉感知及审美意识，了解纺织品编排，基本印刷及平面表现介质制作常识；
6、精通微信、微博等自媒体频道的操作；
7、具有基础英语口语能力。

1. College degree or above in visual communication, graphic design, etc., with more than one years working experience in the same position (good at brand image or interactive design (Flash) is preferred);
2. Proficient in using various graphic design software, able to independently complete graphic design, brand design, packaging design, VI/CI graphic design, space design scheme, publicity materials, etc.;
3. Have a certain sensitivity to text, Internet and space design; have a strong interest in brand promotion, network marketing and business design; have good communication skills and learning ability;
4. Have a logical market and design perspective, can correctly grasp the customer needs, correctly understand the strategic requirements of the strategy department, and grasp the positioning and style of the design;
5. Have excellent visual perception and aesthetic awareness, and understand the common sense of making basic printing and planar expressive media;
6. Proficient in the operation of WeChat, weibo and other we-media channels;
7. Basic oral English skills.
