JOB FUNCTIONS & PURPOSE:
Be responsibility to innovation solution design in advance IT technologies, such as cloud computing, big data, IoT, AI, etc.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Research and analyze the new technologies in railway and related industries that is possible to be used in railway industry;
2. Analyze the feasibility of new technologies in railway industry;
3. Collect requirements of innovation opportunities by direct interaction with clients;
4. Design review and approval of solution for specific scenario, in technical issues or no-technical issues, e.g. finance, etc.;
5. Manage product pre-research and proof of concept test projects;
6. Hand-on design generation and idea creation translate into drawings, working prototypes and test cases;
7. Seeking vendors or subcontractors to provide specific production, device or development process.

COMPETENCY REQUIREMENT:
1. Familiar with the basic principle of AI, such as neural network and machine learning;
2. Familiar with opensource AI development framework, such as tesorflow;
3. 3 years experiences in autonomous car, positioning or navigation system & 1 years of team leader
4. Familiar with SW development, C/C++, Python, etc…;
5. Familiar with LiDAR, mmw radar signal processing;
6. Familiar with machine vision technology, image identification or video analysis;
7. Experiences in safety critical system design, familiar with safety standards, IEC-68501, EN50128, En50129, etc...;
8. Presentation skill, leadership;
9. Master degree in computer science, electronic information engineer, mechanical engineering and automation, electrical engineering and automation, transportation engineering or related majors.
