MAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITIES, AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

•  Expertise in company software and system. Specialize in data collection and analysis. n Product knowledge in Major    Appliance, Kitchen Cabinets or Furniture categories are preferred. 
• Source, evaluate, develop and grow suppliers/manufacturers relationship within product category. n Identify business opportunity to drive cost competitiveness and margin improvement. 
• Capable to build industry landscape, vendor management playbook independently. 
• Strong execution capability to on board new vendor and products. 
• Good documentary abilities to maintain and update vendor contact list, SBA, NDA, Financial dashboard, company profile, sample tracking.
• Provide coaching to suppliers during the on boarding process to ensure compliance and documents completion. 
• Good meeting notes and recap skills. 
• Assist in buying trip arrangement and itineraries, logistics and accommodations including hotel booking and transportation. Join necessary buying trips. 
• Communication with Import Ops. Manager, IPR for PO and shipment follow up n Coordinate with SQE team, package, logistic department for key project development 
• Prepare agenda for weekly conference call with the U.S. and write meeting minutes.                

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• BS or above in Business Management or related field with 5 years of working experience preferred

• High passion and fast learner
