岗位职责                           

    

一、资料装订及保管    

    

1、每月结账后，整理打印应收凭证及其附件资料，检查凭证是否连续且装订成册

    

2、认真保管装订好的会计凭证及相关资料，以便后期查找                             

    

协助工作         1、协助上级整理各项所需表格、台账及纸质资料                             

    

         2、找出政府及其他外部所需财务资料，将其整理好交给上级审核。                             

    

         3、协助客户或会计事务所发出的询证函对账工作                             

    

         4、协助总账会计、上级递交税务局、统计局、工商局等相关部门资料                        

    

二、日常工作        

    

1、认真审核原始凭证及相关扣款资料，对违反规定或不合格的凭证应拒绝入账      

    

         2、应收款项根据合同检查是否已到收款期限，并告知相关人员                             

    

         3、及时处理仓库或客户的邮件并回复                                  

    

         4、核对财务两个系统的数据是否有误，发现有误及时修改，确保结账数据准确                5、检查仓库收/发货下单数据是否正确，并过账                                    

    

         6、根据出纳提供相关收款单据及AR助理核对后需手工调整数据做账务处理                       7、月末应收账务相关结转                                

    

         8、客户款项需每周跟进，确保客户按时回款。                                  

    

三、其它事项Other Task      

    

1、维护系统每月汇率                             

    

         2、完成上级交办或相关部门提出需要协助的工作。                                  

    

    

任职要求：

    

1.大专及以上学历，四年以上相关工作经历，英语听说读写良好。

    

2.熟悉往来相关会计分录、能独立处理应收账款的管理工作。                                                                     

    

3.掌握往来核算内容、政策规定和会计核算方法。

Chinatool Automotive Component Systems possess a long history and a completed manufacturing process of the field of automotive tool injection. The company’s headquarters is located in UK, and the plants are distributed all around the world. Such as: ShenZhen China, GanZhou China, Twan China, Newton A cliff in UK, Istanbul in turkey, and Detroit in the USA etc. The factory in ShenZhen China was established in Jan 2007 with the size of more than 1000people, it is located at FengHuang the forth industry area, FuYong Street, BaoAn District, ShenZhen City.
