Job Description :

• Develop and own goals and performance metrics for Influencer campaigns; monitor regularly to understand effectiveness of strategy and creative, making recommendations for continuous improvement. 
• Responsible for all the Influencer Email list building, outreach and negotiations under the supervision of the Marketing director.  
• Budgeting and forecasting, while constantly pushing for cost efficiency with the goal of both increasing brand awareness and user acquisition. 
• Establish KPIs and write relevant analysis reports according to overall strategic planning for influencer projects. 
• Continuously ideate and innovate within the social space. 

Requirements :

• Strong understanding and knowledge of PR/KOL, Influencer Management and Digital Marketing, plus a thorough understanding of social media platforms and emerging digital trends. 
• Strong analytical skills and proven ability of data-driven decision-making, ability to define and manage qualitative and quantitative research and measurement plans. 
• Exceptional project management skills. 
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a high energy environment with multiple tasks. 
• Previous experience measuring and quantifying the impact of influencer investment is preferred. 
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.  
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken), overseas experience highly preferred. 
• Major in advertising, marketing or a related field. Previous relevant work experience in marketing planning position or advertising agencies preferred.
