1.Building the local finance team

2.Work with CEO and senior management team to set overall Group goals and strategy by providing input from a financial and management reporting perspective

3.Leading the preparation of the financial results and reporting on a monthly

4.Fully charge of proper compliance of all accounting ,tax and other regulatory filings

5.Oversee and ensure all financial filings reporting to the authorities and HQ are accurate and complete. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal reporting requirements.

6.Work closely with the Company’s tax advisors to develop financial and tax strategies.

7.Maintain relations with external auditors and advisors, investigate their findings and recommendations.
