We are looking for an Infrastructure engineer to be responsible for supporting the business in day to day operations. The primary responsibility of this position is to support our internal users, including PCs, printings, telecom systems, and also servers, storage, networks.

工作职责 Responsible for:
1. Make sure IT Infrastructure works well, troubleshoot connectivity, desktop issues as well as server issues
2. Greater China wide user support covering Shanghai, Hongkong etc around 200 users.
3. First line support of Infrastructure, forward issues to HQ IT if you need further support. Roll out HQ IT project, follow global IT policies.
4. Procure new laptops in Ariba system, manage users, security groups, and group policy in local domain via Active Directory.
5. Be the first contact point and coordinate application system requirements and issues to HQ IT functions.


任职要求：
Key Skills:
1. Familiar with IT Helpdesk supporting process, ITIL Foundation certified is a plus.
2. Basic understanding and experience of network technologies e.g. routers, hubs, firewalls, switches, etc. in-depth understanding of TCP/IP protocol, proficient in concepts e.g. DHCP, DNS, VPN.
3. Good communication skills , English required for both written and oral.
4. Know business process in a sales company
5. Good remote support experience for office outside of Shanghai.
6. Strong self-learning skills, 5+ years working experience required.
IT Skills:
1. Good at Windows domain environment
2. Outlook/Excel/VBS
3. Network cabling/switch/UPS
4. SQL DB Server/SQL language, SAP experience is plus.
