I QUALIFICATIONS:

    

    

Requirements:

    

1. Bachelor’s degree but no limit for Major;

    

2. CET-6 prefer;

    

3. Strong computer skills with proficiency in the use of Excel, Word, and Power Point;

    

4. Strong English written communication skills;

    

5. 1~2 years’ experience in clerical work is better.

    

    

    

II ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

    

    

1. Deal with normal lab clerical work;

    

2. Follow up the tests which in 3rd party lab:

    

? Get the test requirement details from Test Manager / Test Engineers / Compliance Manager / Compliance Engineers or Lab Supervisor;

    

? Contact 3rd party lab and get the capability and quotation;

    

? Send the test samples to 3rd party lab;

    

? Follow up the test status and update to team;

    

? Get the test reports from 3rd party lab and send to Engineers / Manager / Supervisor review;

    

? Upload the test reports to Lab System;

    

? Complete test summary and share with team.

    

3. Complete other works come from Test Manager/Compliance Manager/ Lab Supervisor.
