职位描述
岗位要求：
1、20-38岁左右，3年以上销售经验，从事2年以上车载类天线销售行业者优先；
2、熟知GPS天线行业市场，有客户资源者优先；
3、敏锐的市场洞察力，灵活新颖的客户公关能力，应变能力、领导能力和独立开拓市场能力强；
4、逻辑性强，语言表达能力好，深刻理解行业发展趋势和竞争对手情况；
5、具有强烈的进取心，精力充沛，乐观豁达，勇于接受挑战，善于处理和维护客户关系；
岗位职责：
1、主要负责车载天线的市场营销和推广工作；
待遇：底薪 + 抽成
1、工作一年以上享有5天有薪年假
2、发放年终奖金
3、每年组织一次员工旅游
4、每年不定期组织员工户外活动
5、上班时间：大小周工作制
6、工作时间：上午9：00-12：00 下午13：30-18：00

公司拟定了创新的服务模式。对重点客户有专门的RF工程师，ME工程师，项目管理团队进行最优质，最细致、最周到的贴身服务。同时，我们向客户提供天线配套方面的建议和方案，即ID＋结构＋RF兼容兼顾的设计方案储备。时刻跟踪客户的使用情况，提供完善及时的售后服务。如客户有紧急需求，工程师可以在2小时内响应服务。
公司EMC事业部有专业的研发及服务团队8人，具备5年以上EMC整改经验的工程师3人。EMC团队拥有完整的EMC测试暗室、标准ESD实验室、传导实验室等设备，针对客户的具体案例，针对性的为客户提供最优的EMC器件选型及解决方案。
