Assist in the product development process of caps and socks and other accessories from early development until commercialization trough all types of sampling: Prototype, Preline sample /SMS samples/ confirmation samples/TOP samples. Ensure timely delivery execution as required according to calendar

？ Managing the product development and bulk production for accessories.

？ Review the design Tech Pack with the design team. Giving recommendation to achieve best price and quality.

？ Make sure the samples are developed in time in right quality and sample delivery on time 100%

？ Driving the cost to achieve requested target.

？ Liaison with PLM team for product presentation.

？ Ensure on time delivery for the bulk orders at 100% on time.

？ Maintain and upgrade quality and testing standard for bag/accessories

？ Other tasks assigned by the line manager

Requirements:

？ Knowledge of accessories material construction, trims and related testing requirement (prefer sport accessories and trims)

？ Ability to provide comments to factory on changes required.

？ knowledge of costing

？ Can speak in English (written and spoken)

？ College degree & above

？ Advanced ability to work with MS office skills especially EXCEL and Powerpoint.

？ Willing to learn mind set / hard work and responsible. Can do attitude. (accepted Overtime base on workload needed)

？ 5 Years of related work experience in the caps & accessories industrial.

？ Has knowledge of China retail market on brand is preferred.

？ Immediate on-boarding is preferred.
