1. You will provide end to end Human Resources support to the China operations.
2. You will have full responsibility and serve as key member for driving the transformation of
its HR platform and enhance HR capabilities, people strategy/agenda and partnering with
the group’s HR Business Partners and HR services to deliver HR solutions to the
business.
3. Understand and translate business’ strategy into people plans. Responsible for
implementing the people plan with a focus on:
a) Strategy support for business change and organisational shaping
? Ensure alignment around the Business’ vision and values as a solid foundation
for strategy
? Build plans to align the local organizational “levers” to support the strategy
? Keep employees engaged around the strategy and provide support to manage
change (organizational, cultural behavior)
b) Workforce planning, recruitment and on-boarding
? Liaises and supports departments for recruitment of local positions in accordance
with budget agreement
? Develops and maintains relationship with recruitment channels such as
employment agencies 

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related discipline, with advance degree
preferred
? Minimum 10 years HR experience as specialist or generalist in a manufacturing
environment preferably in the pharmaceutical or life science industry
? Hands-on experience in diverse range of HR functions including the role of HR Business
Partner, organizational effectiveness, talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, talent
development and industrial relations
? Strong business acumen and clear understanding of markets, trends and ability to learn
different external business models
? Good analytical skills to synthesize organization, workforce and financial information
? Good knowledge of China employment legislation, payroll and market practices applying
it in appropriate circumstances
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to liaise effectively with staff
