1. 研发商超门店的陈列标准，推广到门店，并监督、考核各区域门店的执行；

2. 商超各区域门店的陈列推广、培训工作，并及时根据所辖区域的陈列、销售情况及时给予合理的调整，促进产品的销售；

3. 根据公司的项目规划，完成所辖区域的陈列、培训相关工作；

4. 负责门店的陈列管理；

5. 信息的反馈和收集工作，包括本商超和其他商超信息；

6. 负责陈列手册的编写和更新，为终端店铺的陈列提供可执行的标准和依据；

7. 对相关信息保证业务熟悉（产品信息、销售信息、陈列信息等）。

任职条件:

1. 有一定的审美标准；

2. 懂得基本陈列原则；

3. 会基础的设计、手绘功底，且动手能力强；

4. 吃苦耐劳；

5. 细心，且懂得观察，了解门店的布局及客流的动线；

6. 能够了解市场陈列趋势。
