Walmart Responsible Sourcing’s vision is to drive responsibility in our world class supply chain, and to lead and inspire others to do the same. To drive responsible supply chain we will:

· Define Responsibility and drive compliance with our merchants and suppliers

· Add value for merchants and suppliers through knowledge, tools, transparency and efficiency

· Proactively lead collaborative efforts to innovate and align standards across the industry

Primary work functions of supplier & facility administration team in Responsible Sourcing is to Manage the supplier relationship to ensure compliance in their facility as per the responsible sourcing program and drive third party audit program administration. 1. Responsible for managing all facility and supplier data including new factory creation, factory information changes and other work queues. 2. Responsible for audit / audit reports administration and follow ups. 3. Responsible for Supplier communication (Assessment notification, Audit due notification, Audit follow up). 4. Responsible for a smooth and effective supplier support to ensure compliance in the facilities.

· Supplier Support: Responsible for providing supplier support as a single point of contact for facility compliance administration relating to RS.

· Facility & Supplier Maintenance: Responsible for New Factory Approvals, Factory information Administration & Retail market support.

· Audit Administration: Responsible for follow up with supplier for 3rd party audit programs reports.

· Supplier Communication: Responsible for managing supplier communication.

Skills

· Experience in managing backend processes in a manufacturing or a service industry.

· Experience in the field of audit is a preference.

· Required good communication skills both written and verbal.

· Planning and organizing skills with high level of attention to details and ability to execute in a time bound manner.

· Experience in handling global customers / clients.

· Customer service oriented with ability to provide excellent customer service.

· Influencing skills to support customers with required information.

· A team player and can interact well with others.

· Ready to work in different work shifts

· Proficient PC skills MS Excel, Word, Power point & Access.

· High integrity.

English is a must to have, Japanese is nice to have.
