主要工作职责：

Job Description:

2级别工程师

1、解决计算机软、硬件技术问题；服务器硬件维护/备份管理等服务器维护事宜。

2、了解关于网络知识，可以对网络进行排除故障、诊断和修复的技术能力，熟悉网络交换机、防火墙、路由器、VPN等配置

3、日常工作的系统录入、撰写工作文档和及时提交工作报告。

4、做好库存统计。

5、客户专用软件的技术支持。

6、客户经理交办的其他工作。

岗位要求

1. IT背景的应届毕业生或1年相关工作经验

2. 良好的客户沟通技巧和端正的服务态度

3. 良好英语沟通和书面书写能力

4. 认真，仔细，负责。
