               l  Assurance of the BE Group standards and policies l  Perform hardware and software installations l  Guide users on questions about all company supported PC client applications l   Determine source of PC related SW / HW problems and troubleshoot l   Advise users on appropriate actions l  Serve as liaison between users and the technology department to resolve issues l  Work one-on-one with users on application projects l  Document resolutions for future reference l   Operation of ticketing system / Help desk l  Provide production support to Microsoft Dynamics AX ERP system relating to Sales/Marketing, Operations, Inventory, Warehouse, and Finance etc. l   Purchase new IT assets l  Provide user training to new company members l   IT assets and licenses management based on Group Standards l  Other related duties as assigned l  Degree in IT, prefer working experience in a foreign company or a foreign country l  Excellent knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office products, TCP/IP based networks, Wide Area Networks l  Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX l  High sense of responsibility, autonomous working style (flexible, pro-active, work independently), team minded character l  Capability of analytical thinking to analyze and solve problems in various IT related topics l  Fluent English and Chinese
