Position Title: Project Management -负责化妆品，护肤品，快消品，新产品从研发生产到上市

Department & Location: AP Strategy& Deployment and Integration Management Office

Reports to (Title): Consumer Health Project Manager

Direct Reports: None

The position is designed to assist project leader in completing the most complicated project and implement the project execution independently, to plan, manage, coordinate and control the execution of projects within Beauty franchises of the AP Consumer business. The role mainly focuses on introduction of new products and support/compliance project.

This will require:

· Management of project related activities End to End to ensure that projects are delivered on-time, achieves the final project objectives (FPOs).

The scope of key responsibilities includes:

· Work with cross-functional team members to achieve the project FPO and develop detailed project timeline.

· Assign, define schedules and track cross-functional tasks/activities to ensure that project progress within expected timings. In charge of meeting minutes and follow up action record.

· Manage risk analysis & mitigation planning for projects. Escalate the risk report to project leader on time.

· Identify, monitor, communicate and resolve issues and other FPO hurdles that may arise during the project execution.

· Project data Maintenance in Planisware system.(cost, time line, SAP code input etc…)

· Prepare and present project reports as required.

· Complete the other tasks allocated by project leader.

· 1-3 years project management experience in FMCG field. Willing to be a project manager as long term career plan.

· Independent Project Management experience. PMP certification can be a plus

· Packaging background and knowledge can be a plus

· Workable English verbal and written skill

· Problem-solving and analyzation skills

· Strong organizational skills; can work with details.

· Good patience and memory
