Job Responsibilities:

1. Manage the import/export processes and ensure compliance with PRC and foreign government laws and regulations. Oversees the completion of paperwork in a timely manner.

2. Obtain the necessary licences and permits in relating to import of veterinary drugs, fodders & bedding and stable/racing operations related supplies.

3. Support the cross-border import/export activities timely in compliance with all laws and customs regulations.

4. Coordinate with internal stakeholder and external government authorities like MOA, FDA, Customs, CIQ and resolve multifarious import and export issues.

5. Build and maintain working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to operate the Club’s fulfilment model.

6. Build and maintain good relationship with local Customs and CIQ.

7. Manage CRC goods importation from different sources, including shipping documents, import clearance and certification.

8. Manage and supervise customs broker/agents operation, take control of daily business to support and timely fulfil CRC demands.

9. Ensure the whole customs clearance procedure compliance with Customs and CIQ related laws or regulations.

10. Documents and certificates/licences management.

11. Apply key performance indicators to drive and quantify cost optimization while maintaining high internal customer quality and service levels.

12. Optimize and continuously improve customs clearance process.

13. Other import & export related work, such as registration, foreign payment support.

14. Other tasks assigned by the superior.

Job Requirements:

1. At least 7 years import and export experiences in relevant area, working experience in pharmacy industry or feedstuff industry is preferred.

2. Hands on working knowledge of licencing and customs requirements for cross border logistics.

3. Familiar with customs clearance process and related HS code assignments skills.

4. Good knowledge and understanding of customs / CIQ/MOA/FDA rules and regulations.

5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skill; problem solving skills; Good planning and organizing skill, especially good master of task prioritization.

6. Good command in both read & written English. Fluent in Cantonese and Madarin.
