职位描述

Essential Duties

?     Proactively working with client to further develop and/or enhance program as appropriate; 

?     Ensure general client expectations are met for all Assessment Services, including monitoring scheduling and reporting TATs 

  •  Act as expert on specific client requirements of all Assessment Services, including managing program updates 
  •  Provide clear guidance with reference to process documents (e.g., Assessment Manual) 
  •  Provide report examples for auditors; especially for auditors conducting a client’s audit for the first time ü Interact and work closely with ELEVATE regional hubs (North Asia, South Asia, Americas, EMEA) on meeting client expectations; 
  •  Review assessment reports, and/or other Assessment Service deliverables as needed to provide key input to client or staff
  •  Maintain updates systems and documents as specific to client 
  •      Respond to technical questions on all Assessment Services on service delivery of all Assessment Services ?      Create/Support trend reports that cover all Assessment Services 
  •       Provide key input/ decision on changes or questions related to billing, coordination or field requirements Qualifications
      ·         A 4 year college degree;

      ·         2 + years of experience, with 2 years of experience in the Ethical Sourcing/Labor Compliance arena either for a brand/retailer or service provider;

      ·         High level of integrity and honesty;

      ·         Understanding of the limitations of most brand compliance programs in order to help add additional value through alternative scheme application and recommendations;

     ·         Creative and entrepreneurial minded;

     ·         Ability to network and undertake business development duties as needed;

     ·         Ability to work independently;

     ·         Excellent written and verbal English and one additional language (preferred);
