职位描述

Key Responsibilities:

1.Develop following activities for Geodis SCO division, in compliance with Regional and Company guidelines :

o   Defining a marketing approach and plan to promote the GEODIS Supply Chain Optimisation positioning;

o   Developing a sales approach in compliance with the guidelines provided by;

o   Developing any required tool to support business development.

2.Drive business development in Asia Pacific;

3.Secure new accounts and build good rapport with existing customers;

4.Introduce GEODIS SCO offers and explore new business opportunities with new customers;

5.Act as GEODIS SCO focal to collaborate with other Line of Business sales team or person;

6.Work with business solution team, finance team, operation team and legal team to develop company overall solution and quotation to new customers;

7.Setup new customer database, timely update new business- related database and reports;

8.Define an offering to enable the right level of business development;

9.Set up a reliable market survey to understand market trend, competition and customers requirements;

10.Responsible for the efficiency of the offering and for its marketing plan;

11.Define a communication plan to promote the offering;

12.Making, monitoring and delivering its marketing budget on monthly basis;

13.Set up a concrete and pragmatic reporting about his activities. 


Requirements:

1.Bachelor degree or above;

2.Good command of oral English and written English;

3.Have 5 to 8 years working experience in Logistics & Supply Chain environment, with familiarity in 4th Party Logistics; 

4.Must have more than 5 years working experience in new business development related areas;

5.Asia Pacific working experience preferred;

6.Experience in Direct Marketing /Operational marketing;

7.Proven track in successful management of a marketing department within the industry or within a B2B environment;

8.Personal leadership and attitude;

9.Marketing expert with General Management Skills;

10.Ability to build strong and reliable relationship internally and externally;

11.Charismatic leadership to promote strategy offering on the market

12.Good communication & negotiation skill

13.Good Team spirit;

14.Driven & Resourceful;

15.Takes great initiative.
