负责新供应商开发，认证，研发需求的采购。

负责原材料（电子，塑胶，五金等）、生产用料、易耗工具和用品的采购，确保经营过程中的物资供应；

根据公司销售预测及生产订单，制定资材的采购计划。确保生产顺利进行。

建立完善合格供应商管理档案，进行供应商绩效考核。

制定并执行年度供应商优化，采购成本控制计划。

与供应商采购异常、退、换货、补偿事宜的处理，确保我司利益；

对所负责的材料进行管理，合理控制库存，跟进老产品退市及死慢货处理，配合跟进新产品上市的物料。

任职要求:

1. 全日制大专或以上学历，工科背景，有3年以上电子元器件采购经验
2. 具有较强的讲解与沟通能力，组织协调能力和学习能力强，逻辑思维能力优秀，反应快捷，服务意识好；
3. 熟练使用Word, excel等办公软件；
4. 熟悉采购管理流程和制定采购计划，并具备一定PMC知识；

6. 敬业，富有责任感，采购进度的追踪，配合业务部门的工作进度安排订单与跟进；
7. 有比价与开发供应商意识；
