职位描述
职责:
1. 领导产业化生产项目的FPLC执行，以及输出控制；
2. 主导和推动良率改善；
3. 通过品质部署，展开品质控制计划，品质计划，潜在制程失效分析；
4. 作为品保证窗口，直接对应客户，负责客投；
5. 起草PMP,OBA与ORT程序文件；
6. 产线稽核，产线认证；
7. 样件制造总结报告；
8. 主持与客户的回顾会议。
Responsibility:
1. Lead INDUS project FPLC execution and deliverables control;
2. Lead and drive yield Improvement;
3. Quality deployment with control plan, quality plan and PFMEA;
4. Directly work with customer as quality contact window, Handle customer complains;
5. Initiate PMP, CWS, OBA and ORT procedure;
6. Conduct line audit and qualification;
7. Prepare BEX (Build Exit Report) to customer;
8. Chair routine review meeting with customer.
职位要求：
1. 需要掌握IPC-610E，有成品组装经验优先；
2. 先期品质规划的经验，熟悉生产原型和试产模式；
3. 擅长数据分析，逻辑思维能力；
4. 出色的口语表达；
5. 团队合作精神，良好的人际关系；
6. 6西格玛GB认证优先。
Position Requirement:
1. IPC-610E is mandatory knowledge; Box-build is a plus;
2. Advanced quality planning knowledge, familiar with proto and NPI build;
3. Excellent analytical skills, logical thinking;
4. Good verbal English is needed;
5. Team player and good person interaction;
6. Six sigma knowledge is preferred, GB is plus.
