PCN Aspect:

• To work with Sales team driving customer PCN response/approval within PCN mature date window.
• Form and drive cross functional teams as needed to fix existing issues& facilitate PCN closure with the customer.
• Communicating PCN to customer in time, uploading on their portal, transferring information into customer required format by defined due date after PCN distribution.
• Ensure regular meeting is set with customer and internal support teams for PCN review, identifying customer requirement, follow up approval progress in a timely manner. 
• To manage Customer’s requests (e.g. samples, additional data) with internal support teams/PCN owner.
• Tracking customer PCN approval status and regularly update to PCN owner and internal support teams.
• Maintain PCN system with final customer disposition.

Quality Aspect:

• Work with all factories (assembly/testing/fab site) and cross functional team (eg. Product Engineering, Marketing, Sales, FAE, Business Unit, Warehouse, Planning, and CSR etc.) to resolve issues related to customer request.
• Drive and provide problem-resolution for recurring and systemic customer issues.
• Provide customer with Failure Analysis Report and Corrective Action (8D) report on time.
• Work with various cross functional team on timely product containment action and disposition taken while waiting for permanent corrective action to resolve customer issues.
• Support customer with technical request and data especially those related to part / device qualification by customers and generic technical data request.
• Assist customer with factory visit / audit request.
• Conduct customer meeting on survey and performance measurement such as “QBR” and scorecard meeting.
• Complete customer EHS / ROHS related surveys.
• Perform audit to factories and or other locations.
• Support customer claim process- customer inventory audit, validate and negotiate.
