Main duties and responsibilities:

 Establish, implement, maintain and improve quality systems and quality related systems/procedures based on decisions made by LINAK China Management and customer requirements

 Lead the company towards ISO certification

 Quality Systems representative for customer quality systems audits of LINAK China

 Oversee, implement and perform Lead Auditor duties for LINAK China’s  internal audit system

 Ensure that training program is effective and compiles with all applicable guidelines

 Ensure compliance to all customer regulatory requirements based on decisions made by LINAK China Management

Required skills/experience:

 Fluent in verbal and written English

 Very structured and detail oriented with good communication and training skills

 Major in engineering, mechanical or electronic

 Certified auditor, preferable ISO9000 and/or ISO/TS16949

 Min. 3 years auditor experience as a certified Lead Auditor

 Min. 5 year Quality System experience, ISO9001-2000 or similar, from manufacturing environment

 Well developed problem solving skills

 Must be familiar with SPC, control cart implementation, PFMEA, process capability analyses etc.

 Skillful in using MS software like Excel, word, powerpoint etc.

 This position reports to Quality and Risk Director
