外贸跟单:

岗位职责：

1. 与美国办公室联系，汇报跟进情况及完成下达任务

2. 做好日常工作如订单管理，资料整理记录，订舱，清关文件等

3. 与供应商联系，跟进生产进度，及时处理问题，确保不影响货期

4. 安排第三方验厂， 验货，产品测试

任职要求：

1． 大专以上学历，英语四级及以上

2． 至少一年以上外贸跟单相关经验，有跟进美国大型连锁店经验者优先

3． 良好的与供应商和客户沟通技巧，逻辑思维清晰，做事认真细致有条理

4． 工作主动、独立，能承受工作压力

5． 具备一定英语读写能力及办公基本技能

Merchandiser: 

Responsibilities 

1.Communicate with US office, update orders situation and fulfill tasks.

2.Record order information, make vessel booking and shipping documents, etc.  

3.Communicate with suppliers, follow up production situation and make sure deliver cargoes on time. 

4.Arrange 3rd party inspections and product tests.

Requirements 

1.College degree or above, CET-4 at least 

2.Minimum 1 years experience 

3.Good communication skills with suppliers/clients

4.Self driven, independent and able to work under dynamic working environment 

5.Fluent in spoken and written English, with basic office skill
