主要职责Essential responsibilities and duties:

• 推动合资公司体系的建立，管理工厂内外部各项审核工作；管理工厂内外部文件; Establish Joint Venture quality system, manage internal & external audit and documentation.

主要任务The main missions of the role are:

• 负责产品的3C认证、建立CCC体系,并确保实施和保持;确保CCC产品符合认证标准的要求;建立文件化的程序,确保认证标志的妥善保管和使用.建立文件化程序,确保不合格品和获证产品变更后未经CQC认可,不加贴CCC 标识.。

Responsible to build and maintain quality system to meet CCC requirement ;assure the part with CCC mark in line with CCC requirement ;build documented procedure to assure the CCC label proper keeping and usage; build documented procedure to assure non-conformity part and ECO parts are labeled CCC mark without CQC approval.

• 管理并传达IATF16949标准的变更情况，监督质量体系实施，确保其更新及正确实施;

Management and deploy the IATF Quality management system specification and HSE, supervise the quality management systems implementation to meet the requirement of the ISO/TS 16949

• 负责工厂内审策划和实施;

Responsible for the planning and implementation of internal audit;

• 负责第二方、第三方的审核的工作对接;

Responsible for the second party and third party audit

• 按要求指导资料员管理质量内外部文件及记录保存。负责各类文件的受控，发行，更新，废止等;

Manage internal & external quality documents and records. Responsible for approval, release, renewal and termination of system documents;

• 收集顾客发布的所有质量考核数据，协助质量总监建设SJV 质量运作数据库（运营+供应商质量表现）；
• Collect all quality assessment data released by customers, assist quality director to build SJV quality operation database (operation + supplier quality performance);
• 负责SJV质量报表，并上报集团Responsible for SJV quality report and report to FAS Division.

理想候选人的期望/ The ideal candidate will have/be:

• 教育背景/Education: 本科学历以上。理工科专业优先Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Mechanical
• 经验/ Experience: 5年以上相关工作经验（有汽车行业质量管理经验的优先）; At least 5 years relevant experience in automotive industry.
