1.Develop & implement long term sourcing and commodity strategies for Semiconductor Assembly and Testing DM/IDM commodities;

2. Identify potential new suppliers and perform initial supplier assessment for commercial viability;

3.Responsible for cost analysis including industrial benchmarking, market intelligence, should cost analysis and cost saving tracking;

4.Responsible for NPI support including new material/equipment/spares sourcing, new supplier setup and schedule follow up;

5.Work with cross function team to establish solid plan for continuous improvement for cost saving;

6.Collaborate with buyer and engineering team to implement the business & technic review with key suppliers;

7.Drive procurement sourcing process effectiveness, efficiencies and compliance to meet the demands of business;

8.Develop, negotiate, and manage purchase agreement and other agreements with suppliers.

任职要求：

1.Bachelor (or higher) degree from Engineering, or Supply Chain. MBA is a plus;

2.At least over 15 years related working experience in semi-conductor backend (assembly & Test) field;

3. Experience in engineering or operation is a must;

4.APICS Certification, Lean Six Sigma Training, Negotiation certification or other Supply Chain related program is a plus;

5.Excellent analytic skill and knowledge in cost analysis; 

6.Excellent negotiation skill in handling / building internal & external relationships;

7.Strategic thinking and strong business sense;

8.Able to work independently and under pressure;

9.Fluent in English and Mandarin. Japanese or Korean is a plus.
