1、参与并主导公司年度经营目标的制订、落地实施。其中包含：制订绩效管理制度、流程，完善绩效管理平台；

2、主导制订与实施各级员工薪酬、绩效管理制度、文件。公司薪酬、绩效成员的发展成长工作，提升团队成员专业指示和技能；

3、参与与主导公司文化升级建设。

4、主导制订与督导实施公司绩效管理制度、负责实施年度KPI指标规划项目工作并完成KPI指标规划任务，组织年度KPI协议编制工作并策划、组织、实施；并对过程进行跟踪与反馈。

5、人力资源部相关其它工作：如人员招聘、培训、等等

6、总经理安排的其它事项

任职要求：

1、大专以上学历，人力资源管理、企业管理等相关专业、***；

2、5年以上大中型企业人力资源管理相关工作经验，其中至少3年以上薪酬和绩效管理工作经验；有同行精密五金厂工作经验优先；

3、对现代企业人力资源管理模式有系统的了解和实践经验积累，对人力资源战略规划、薪酬设计、绩效考核、岗位培训、福利待遇、公司制度建设、组织与人员调整、员工职业生涯设计等具有丰富的实践经验；

4、熟练运用绩效管理工具，具备优秀沟通协调能力及数据分析能力、熟练运用薪资数据分析技能、懂得薪资方案制定与审核技能；

深圳市金佳利机电有限公司現拥有台湾进口高精度CNC立式加工中心机，5轴加工中心、4轴加工中心，精密磨床，精密线切割及数控车床共50台，***加工范围为2100*1600*800mm，加工精度为0.01mm；检测仪器有三次元、二次元、数显千分尺、垂直度仪、高度仪、内孔千分尺、内孔千分尺、百分表等各种常用量测仪器，专业而富有经验的工程人员，检验人员和生产人员达到80人左右。主要加工的材料有铸铁、钢件、铝合金、铜、不锈钢、各种工程塑料等。

KGL Machinery&Electronics Co., Ltd. now has high precision 3 axis CNC vertical machining center, 4 axis machining center, 5 axis machining center imported from Taiwan, precision grinding machine, precision wire-cut, EDM and CNC lathe about 50 units. The Max machining range is 2100*1600*800mm, and the machining accuracy can be achieved to 0.005mm. The inspection instrument has CMM, profile projector, digital micro dial, high gauge, ID &OD micrometer, and so on. Professional and experienced management, engineers, inspectors and production staff is about 80. The main processing materials include cast iron, extruded material, steel, aluminum alloy, copper, stainless steel and various engineering plastics.
