职责描述：

1、根据企业发展战略，制定年度招聘需求，编制年度人员招聘计划；

According to the company's development strategy, formulate annual recruitment requirements and prepare annual personnel recruitment plans;

2、建立及完善公司的招聘流程和招聘体系；

Establish and improve the company's recruitment process and recruitment system;

3、通过建立高效招聘流程和机制以及开拓和整合招聘资源，积极拓宽并完善招聘渠道（网络、垂直论坛、猎头等），保证招聘工作的质量和有序开展，实现公司阶段性的人力资源招聘计划；

Actively broaden and improve recruitment channels (networks, vertical forums, headhunting, etc.) through the establishment of efficient recruitment processes and mechanisms, as well as the development and integration of recruitment resources, to ensure the quality and orderly development of recruitment, and to realize the company's phased human resource recruitment plan;

4、建立后备人才选拔方案和人才储备机制；

Establish a reserve talent selection plan and talent reserve mechanism;

5、执行招聘、甄选、面试、录用、配置等相关工作；

Perform recruitment, selection, interview, hiring, allocation and other related work;

6、完成上级领导交办的其他工作。

Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

任职要求：

1、人力资源管理或相关专，本科以上学历；

Human resource management or related college degree or above;

2、5年以上招聘经验，熟悉乙方外包招聘模式或有RPO经验优先考虑；

More than 5 years of recruitment experience, familiar with Party B's outsourcing recruitment model or RPO experience is preferred;

3、熟悉招聘流程，熟练运用各种招聘工具和人才测评手段，熟悉国家相关法律法规；

Familiar with the recruitment process, skillfully use various recruitment tools and talent assessment methods, and be familiar with relevant national laws and regulations;

4、具有良好的职业道德和职业操守及良好的团队合作意识；

Have good professional ethics and professional ethics and a good sense of teamwork;

5、优秀的语言表达能力、沟通能力、协调能力和分析判断能力；

Excellent language expression, communication, coordination and analysis and judgment skills;

6、亲和力强，工作积极主动、认真细致、责任心强，能承受工作压力，敢于挑战高目标。
