Responsibilities

• Liaise with prospective clients to determine their office fit-out needs.

• Present our team and capability to deliver value-added professional service.

• Work with Client to create project brief and manage tender process.

• Keep in regular contact with clients at all times including advising them of progress.

• Report to client advantages and disadvantages of tenders and make recommendations in accordance with client’s requirements and budget.

• Manage construction process and oversee on-site activities and all vendor deliverables.

• Monitor M&E related works on-site. Review and approval for the design of new M&E installations. Audit the deliverables throughout the course of implementation to ensure quality of workmanship, and adherence to specification.

• Prepare Documentation.

• Ensure invoices are accurately prepared and sent.

                  

Qualifications 

• At least 6 years relevant working experience

• Bachelor degree in mechanical, engineering, HVAC or plumbing discipline

• Team management experience preferred

• Fluency in both Chinese and English communication skills

• Good communication skill and interpersonal relationship

• Proficient in Word, Excel, PPT, AutoCAD, PDF, Microsoft Project with detailed and clear work plan

• Responsible, initiative, mature, self-motivator with excellent service attitude
