Job Responsibilities:

·  Manage a quality team including supervisors and IQC, EQC, FQC, QA on daily base.

·  Implement group quality /customer policy

·  Perform and supervise quality process audit. 

·  Implement and follow up corrective action plan of social audit

·  Implement corrective and preventive actions plan to prevent claims

·  Implement corrective and preventive action plan to solve claims if there’s any

·  Interact with suppliers, customers and other departments within the organization 

·  Follow up EHS risk assessment, ensuring EHS continuous improvement.

·  Conduct EHS on-site inspection and follow up all findings until closed.

·  Support related departments to take appropriate action plan on first aid/near miss cases to avoid it happened again

.  Maintain EHS database 

Requirements:

·  Good command of English, in both writing and speaking 

·  Bachelor degree or above

·  Team work ability

·  Good communication and personal skills

·  Management and leadership skills

·  Computer skills

·  Familiar with safety related laws and regulation

·  Certified Safety Engineer qualification from State Administration of Work Safety preferred
